Overview

Surface serves a different version of chosen page content to each visitor and learns which one gets more visitors to the page's goal. The Surface MCP server gives Claude Code the tools to do that work for you, in the codebase you already have open.

• Set up a surface on a page. Claude finds the page in your code, proposes the elements to vary and the goals to measure, drafts the variants with you, creates the surface and adds the snippet. Nothing is created until you've approved each step.
• Manage what's live. List and inspect surfaces, add variants, edit drafts, activate or pause them, and choose the control.
• Open the dashboard. Results and analytics live there; Claude links you to the right surface.
